The Level 1 Awards in Food Safety offer an ideal solution for staff induction training, catering to:
- New employees with minimal or no prior food safety knowledge.
- Employees handling low-risk or wrapped foods (category A).
- Front of house staff, such as waiting or checkout personnel.
- Back of house staff, including kitchen porters and warehouse personnel.
